With the opening of Cars
Land last month and the highlighting
of various rides and attractions on the Disney channels, the husband and the
boy are doing some Disney dreaming about going to Disneyland .
The husband has been there before when he was a child and is
sure the place has changed a bit. The
boy and I have never been. We’ve been
close, when we sailed on the Disney Magic out of the World Cruise Terminal in
San Pedro.
So, I got on line and created an account for the official Disneyland web-site.
I ordered a free travel planning DVD.
Since PassPorter’s Guides are our go to source when planning
a trip to Walt Disney World or Disney Cruise, I searched their on-line store
for a guide to Disneyland . Sure enough, it was there and on
sale--$4.00. I had a 30% off coupon
code, which reduced the price even more.
Anyway, one is on its way to us.
I even did some playing around on the Disneyland
site checking prices for vacation packages, etc. Prices seem comparable.
I feel out of my element a bit; that the learning curve is
steep. So many questions yet to be
answered and so many more questions that I don’t know to ask yet. Some first steps to a possible new adventure!
Hi Williams Family,
ReplyDeleteMy Husband and I went to Disneyland in 2010 and loved it. I'm also hoping to go back in 2013/2014 to check out the new additions and stay in an official Disneyland resort. I'm super new to the world of Disney but l-o-v-e it.
I'd read a fair number of your blog entries (and really enjoyed them). Your travel agent sounds awesome! So far the ones I've tries have been awful :-( Do you go through AAA?
Have a great weekend,
Lorica
Lorica,
ReplyDeleteOur travel agent is AAA. Her contact information is on the blog--thanks for reading by the way! We love her! So sorry you have had less than ideal service.
Our Disneyland PassPorter arrived yesterday and research has begun. Thanks for the encouragement.
Keep Disney Dreaming!
