Time for tea? Of course it is when Alice and the Mad Hatter host a tea party for guests on board Disney cruise ships hosting 7 night or longer itineraries. Only guests with tickets to the tea party can attend so check your Personal Navigator when coming on board to see if this special event will occur during your cruise. If so, head to Guest Services to snag free tickets to the tea party.
The tea party is usually scheduled on an “at sea” day. The tea party we attended was held in Studio C on deck 4 mid-ship on the Disney Magic.
The boy and I attended as we had secured our tickets the first afternoon on board. While there were many youngsters in attendance, there were several grown-ups, too.
Alice and the Mad Hatter wanted to make sure everyone showed their best manners for the tea party. Unfortunately, the Mad Hatter wasn’t always the best example.
Tea and cookies were served for all in attendance. Yummy!
Some children were chosen from the group to join Alice and the Mad Hatter at the tea party table.
The reason for the tea party? Why, an unbirthday party of course!
