We are repeatedly reminded that Walt Disney World is a
classy place. Courtesy and manners are
all a part of the Disney experience so it was no surprise to find a “Thank You”
in the mail the other day. What was
surprising was the quality and design!
We have received thank you’s from Disney before and some of
them included our name, but the look and feel was that of mass production. This thank you looks and feels like a
one-of-a-kind piece by Don “Ducky” Williams.
Don “Ducky” Williams has been making Disney characters come
to life for decades. We have many pieces
of his work. None though, featuring our
family’s name; such personalization!
This 6 X 8 memento will be proudly framed and
displayed. How could we not?
The husband and I were discussing the recent arrival of the
thank you on our evening walk. We
wondered if there would also be a thank you from Disney Cruise Line. The husband speculated that the reason we got
a unique thank you from Disney this time was because they knew we had sailed
and visited Walt Disney World. Hmmm. . .
maybe.
Anyway, don’t be surprised by the lovely thank you that
comes your way if you have recently been a Disney guest. Just one of the many reasons we keep going
back!
