Don’t worry, be happy, man!
Disney Cruise Line has added Jamaica
as a port for guests sailing some 7-night Western Caribbean itineraries from Galveston in October and
November of 2013.
Disney Cruise Line has revised the fall 2013 sailings from Galveston for the Disney
Wonder. In addition to the sailings that
have added Falmouth , Jamaica
as a port of call, 7-night Bahamian itineraries will visit Key
West , Nassau ,
and Disney’s private island, Castaway Key.
At the end of 2013, the Disney Wonder will feature 6-night
Western Caribbean itineraries stopping at Grand Cayman and Cozumel, and two
(Holiday) 4-night cruises with stops in Cozumel .
Guests wishing to sail of these itineraries may begin
booking on November 16, 2012. DCL is
contacting guests with existing reservations to discuss changes and options.
This is the second time that DCL has changed the itineraries
sailing out of Galveston .
The first set of changes involved
lengthening some of the itineraries to include a stop at Port Canaveral for a
day at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Since ships can go where people want to go, kudos to Disney
Cruise Line for listening to guest desires and adjusting accordingly.
On another note, it is rumored that DCL will be releasing
the 2014 itineraries for at least the Fantasy and the Dream in the next couple
of weeks. My ear is to the ground, as we
are hopeful for a 2014 sailing on the Fantasy.
